Eligibility window

Refund requests are eligible within 7 days of purchase.

Digital product access rule

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds may be declined if a significant portion of the course has already been accessed or downloaded. As a guideline, refunds may be declined if more than 20% of the course content/templates have been downloaded or meaningfully used.

How to request a refund

Email support@skillspring.shop with:

• Your purchase email
• Course name
• Purchase date
• Reason for request (helps us improve)

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the card/bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue, please contact support first. We can usually resolve delivery/access problems quickly without needing a bank dispute.
