What you receive

Skillspring courses are delivered as digital PDF file(s). Course pages describe the included materials (templates, checklists, exercises).

How delivery works (when checkout is live)

1) After a successful payment, you will see an on-screen confirmation page.
2) You will receive an email receipt with access instructions and your download link(s).
3) If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check spam/junk, then contact support.

Delivery issues

If you have trouble accessing your files, email support@skillspring.shop. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days (WIB).
